• Receive, prioritize, and manage calls and incidents.
• Coordinate communications between operational staff and field teams.
• Operate technology systems and dispatch software.
• Maintain detailed records and follow-up on incidents and events.
• Resolve basic operational and technical issues.
• Manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a dispatcher (emergency services, logistics, or similar operations).
• Strong technical computer and systems knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
