We’re growing — and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Residential Property Manager to join our team and help create an outstanding resident experience.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day operations for a residential property
- Drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction
- Oversee rent collections, budgeting, and invoice approvals
- Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Maintain property appearance, safety, and compliance standards
- Build strong resident relationships through events and community engagement
- Support and develop on-site team members
- 3+ years of residential property management experience
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office; MRI experience is a plus
- CAM certification preferred; CPM a plus
- High school diploma required; college experience preferred
- Willingness to participate in on-call building emergencies
