Key Result Areas:

  • Ensure staff file compliance is at 80% or above.
  • Ensure staff documentation is at 80% or above.
  • Attend and direct weekly multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Number of grievances/maltreatment reports is no greater than 1 per month.
  • 100% Training Compliance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

  • Plans, directs and coordinates mental health services.
  • Provides clinical direction, and education to staff
  • Provides consultative guidance to staff regarding approach and services.
  • Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and recipients.
  • Overseeing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans and supporting client progress toward goals.
  • Hiring and training staff.
  • Managing team performance and program staffing schedules.
  • Provide guidance to staff by evaluating recipient development plans and making recommendations.
  • Facilitating clinical supervision meetings.
  • Consulting on solutions for confidential or highly sensitive projects.
Requirements:

Skills and Experience: (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities)

  • Master's degree in behavior science.
  • Current and valid Minnesota license as an: LICSW, LP, LPCC or LMFT.
  • Board approved to supervise candidates toward licensure.
  • Three years (6,000 hours) of full-time experience in human services.
  • Two years (4,000 hours) of full-time supervisory experience.

Additional Skills and Experience: (Preferred or helpful)

  • Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses.
  • Three years (6,000 hours) of full-time supervisory experience in mental health services.
