JOB SUMMARY
Support the growth of the Center for Virtual Care by bridging the gap between clinical operations and financial workflows. This position balances daily revenue cycle management with project coordination for emerging virtual care programs across the LifeBridge Health continuum.
Key Responsibilities-
Revenue Management: Coordinate daily registration and billing activities to ensure consistent, accurate workflows.

Project Coordination: Manage and scale new virtual care use cases across acute, ambulatory, and transition-of-care settings.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Professional Billing Office, virtual care providers, and external customers.

Workflow Independence: Work autonomously to maintain operational efficiency and troubleshoot administrative bottlenecks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Required Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years experienced preferred
