We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Triage Nurse (RN) to join our growing healthcare team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive timely, appropriate care by assessing symptoms, prioritizing needs, coordinating follow-up, and serving as a key clinical resource for patients and providers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct telephone and electronic triage for patient concerns and symptoms.
• Assess urgency of patient needs using nursing judgment and clinical protocols.
• Provide patient education and self-care instructions.
• Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff.
• Process medication refill requests according to clinic procedures.
• Review and communicate laboratory and diagnostic results as directed.
• Schedule patients appropriately based on clinical need.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record.
