Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Susquehanna View Apartments. This position will need someone with HUD experience. Rate: Based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tenant relations.
  • Data entry.
  • Assist with customer service.
  • Take tenant work orders.
  • Answer phone.
  • Greet and welcome residents & guests.
  • Filing.
  • Faxing.
  • Process applications and conduct credit checks.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Management.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized.
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Previous experience in property management.
  • Experience in subsidized housing.
