Our highly skilled workforce ensures the seamless operation of critical operations for the Department of National Defense (DND), ranging from facilities maintenance to logistical support.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring outcomes.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience through professional communications, timely updates, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now to manage the Applicant Tracking System and maintain recruitment data integrity.

CREDENTIALS: Post-secondary education in HR or a related field
EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including proactive candidate sourcing.
SKILLS:

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment legislation.
• Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to engage diverse candidate pools.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and adaptable with a demonstrated commitment to providing a positive hiring experience.
