Job Description

Handyman/Maintenance: Position

This open position is for our Tampa location with our client-- this is a temp to hire position for the right people
Basic tools and good working knowledge of the skills listed below.
Job descriptions are below but not limited to exact specs.



  1. HVAC Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
  2. Plumbing: Handle minor plumbing issues such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and performing other basic repairs.
  3. Drywall and Painting: Patch and repair drywall, and perform painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the building.
  4. Electrical Repairs: Conduct basic electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
  5. Building Inspections: Regularly inspect the building's systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. Report Issues to management

Requirements: Must have a clean background and clean driving record.
