Norman Love Confections is currently looking for someone to join our Chocolate Production Team. This is a full-time position, and our chocolate production team typically works Monday through Friday (day shift), however, hours may vary during peak times based on the needs of the business.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in pastry and food production / manufacturing is a plus
• Good attention to detail and fast accurate work skills
• Proactive and positive attitude willing to learn and help others
• Ability to communicate and work well with a diverse team
• Reliable, responsible and eager to grow

What the job entails:

• Operate and monitor Novelty chocolate production and/or bonbon production machines
• Handle ingredients and molds with care and precision
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Identify and report production issues quickly
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
