As a Senior Scheduler, you will lead integrated planning and scheduling activities for large-scale data center construction and capital projects.
You will develop and manage complex schedules, assess dependencies, and use critical path analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
Working with global project teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders, you will connect planning outputs with execution priorities.
The role requires strong project controls expertise, linking schedule performance with cost, risk, change management, and governance.
You will translate detailed schedule data into clear reporting and executive-level insights that support informed decision-making.
You will also facilitate planning workshops, schedule reviews, and recovery planning across multiple project environments.
This flexible role combines remote work with time onsite at client locations or offices, depending on project needs.

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction and other complex capital projects, collaborating with global and Portuguese-speaking teams.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve detailed project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, resource assumptions, and reporting outputs.
• Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques to evaluate schedule logic, identify trends, assess risks, and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Review EPC plans and schedules, identify delivery gaps and emerging issues, evaluate impacts, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across project controls, cost management, risk management, change management, governance, and project delivery teams.
• Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Prepare schedule updates, executive dashboards, governance materials, and leadership-ready reports tailored to different stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate planning workshops, schedule reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions to support effective project execution.
• Communicate and escalate critical path concerns, schedule risks, dependencies, and execution blockers while driving accountable resolution.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, delivery partners, and project teams, including Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ideally supporting design and construction management for medium-to-large capital programs.
• Experience planning and scheduling capital projects valued at approximately $500 million to $2 billion or more, preferably within data center construction or other process-intensive industries.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, schedule health analysis, schedule risk analysis, and schedule recovery planning.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends and impacts, and communicate practical mitigation strategies.
• Experience supporting integrated project controls, including cost, risk, change management, governance, and project reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and remain effective in fast-paced, complex project environments.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convert detailed schedule information into concise leadership-level insights.
• Proven experience coordinating stakeholders across project teams, contractors, consultants, delivery partners, and client organizations.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
• Data center design and construction experience is a plus.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and related planning or risk management tools is preferred.
• Experience supporting executive reporting, recovery planning, schedule governance, forensic schedule reviews, or critical path assessments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with integrated project controls reporting that connects schedule, cost, risk, and change performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Primavera Analytics, or other schedule visualization and reporting platforms is a plus.
• Experience supporting capital programs or delivering projects in Portuguese-speaking regions, including Brazil or Portugal, is advantageous.
