Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher / Inventory & Warehouse Support

Clark Heating & Cooling – Dickson, TN

Clark Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable, organized **CSR / Dispatcher** who can provide excellent customer service, coordinate our field technicians, and assist with inventory and warehouse operations.

This is a versatile position for someone who is comfortable answering phones, scheduling and dispatching technicians, working in computer systems, and helping with inventory and warehouse needs.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service

* Answer incoming customer calls professionally and provide excellent customer service

* Schedule service calls and appointments

* Gather accurate information from customers and enter it into the system

* Respond to customer questions and communicate appointment updates

* Maintain accurate customer and job records

* Provide follow-up communication when needed

Scheduling & Dispatching

* Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to service calls

* Monitor the daily schedule and make adjustments as priorities change

* Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding job status, scheduling and customer needs

* Help prioritize emergency and urgent service calls

* Coordinate technician availability, location and workload

* Keep customers informed of technician arrival times or schedule changes

* Update job statuses and technician information accurately in the system

* Work closely with management and field teams to keep daily operations running smoothly

Inventory & Warehouse Support

* Assist with receiving and tracking HVAC parts, materials and equipment

* Enter inventory information accurately into company systems

* Help with purchase orders, receipts and inventory transactions

* Assist with cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy

* Help identify and correct inventory discrepancies

* Keep parts, materials and warehouse areas organized

* Assist with technician truck stock and material needs

* Help ensure technicians have the correct parts and materials for scheduled jobs

* Communicate with technicians and management regarding parts or equipment shortages

* Assist with other warehouse and inventory responsibilities as needed

Systems & Computer Skills

Experience with **Service Titan and/or Sage is highly preferred**, especially for scheduling, dispatching, customer records and inventory management.

However, we are willing to train the right candidate who has worked extensively in **similar dispatching, CRM, ERP, inventory or field-service management systems**.

Candidates should be:

* Comfortable working in multiple computer systems throughout the day

* Accurate with data entry

* Comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel

* Able to learn

The ideal candidate would be an experienced customer service representative / dispatcher that is comfortable with stepping away from their desk to assist with inventory and warehouse operations.
