POSITION TITLE: Order Fulfillment Technician

REPORTS TO: Logistics Manager

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (full-time)

DEPARTMENT: Packaging

LOCATION: Grow West MD (975 Kelly RD)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Order Fulfillment Technician is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, labeling, staging, and documenting medicinal cannabis products for customer and dispensary orders in accordance with Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) regulations, METRC requirements, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient order fulfillment operations.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time and part-time non-exempt position and may require scheduled weekend or extended hours. Overtime must be pre-approved by your manager.

The physical demands described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include both close vision and distant vision. Exposure to non-weather-related temperatures and humid conditions. Work may be performed in a closed or locked facility providing safety and security for workers and products in accordance with state laws and regulations.

As part of your work at Grow West MD, you may be exposed to environmental conditions inherent to cannabis operations, including, but not limited to, odors and volatile compounds, pollen, plant particles, and other allergens. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and needed, report any symptoms or concerns to the manager.
