  • Develop financial forecasts, budget models, scenario analyses, variance bridges, return-on-investment models, and planning assumptions supporting annual budgeting, recurring forecasts, strategic planning, and long-range planning.
  • Influence strategic decisions by translating advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis into clear alternatives, risks, and recommendations.
  • Prepare concise, executive-ready analyses and data stories that describe what occurred, why it occurred, its financial impact, whether the drivers are expected to continue, and what actions or decisions required.
  • Provide financial guidance to Finance, Pharmacy Operations, Account Management, Analytics, Contracting, 340B, and health system stakeholders; gather context, validate conclusions, and align recommendations with business needs.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools to develop models, metrics, visualizations, dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Own validation and reconciliation of financial and operational analyses to applicable source systems, financial statements, and supporting data to improve reporting accuracy and decision confidence.
