Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Wilson, NC

Great Care Starts With Great People.

Are you a Physical Therapist who loves helping patients get back to doing what they love? Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge, supporting your teammates, and finding ways to make a good clinic even better?

At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Wilson, we’re looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who brings clinical confidence, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

This is more than a chance to treat patients. It’s an opportunity to grow your skills, mentor fellow clinicians, and play an important role in shaping the future of a clinic that values both exceptional care and the people who provide it.

Our team works with patients across outpatient orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation. We believe great therapy is personal, progress is worth celebrating, and a supportive team makes a meaningful difference in the patient experience.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career while staying connected to what you love about patient care, we’d love to meet you.

A Workplace That Invests in You

We believe the right environment helps great clinicians thrive. That means giving you room to grow, opportunities to lead, and a team that values what you bring to the table.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Competitive compensation: $82,500–$100,000 annually, plus a performance-based incentive plan.
  • Benefits that support your life: 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Room to keep growing: Continuing education and opportunities to develop your clinical and leadership skills.
  • A team that learns together: Clinical collaboration, mentorship, and the opportunity to share ideas and learn from one another.
  • A path toward leadership: The chance to help mentor other clinicians, contribute to clinic performance, and take on greater responsibility as you grow.
  • Work-life balance: A full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
  • The best of both worlds: The resources and support of a national brand with a locally driven, team-oriented culture.
What Your Days Will Look Like

Every patient has a story, a goal, and a reason they want to move better. You’ll help them turn those goals into progress through thoughtful, individualized care.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Evaluate patients, understand their needs, and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy that helps patients build confidence, improve function, and get back to everyday life.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and educate them on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness.
  • Share your clinical knowledge and help fellow team members continue to develop.
  • Work alongside clinic leadership to improve performance, strengthen the patient experience, and support clinic growth.
  • Keep documentation accurate and timely so the team can stay focused on delivering excellent care.
  • Help create a positive clinic culture where people feel supported, take pride in their work, and celebrate progress together.
Who Will Thrive Here?

We’re looking for someone who cares about more than checking boxes. You take pride in your clinical work, follow through on your commitments, and recognize that strong teams are built when people are willing to support one another.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold an active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina.
  • Bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.
  • Enjoy mentoring others and helping teammates reach their potential.
  • Communicate well, collaborate openly, and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Take initiative, approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, and feel a sense of ownership in your work.
  • Are excited to continue growing professionally and explore opportunities for leadership.
