Job Description
Software Development Intern
This is an in-office position in Kansas City, MO.
The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development.
What You'll Do
- Support software development projects across front-end and back-end applications
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, test, and improve software solutions
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Contribute ideas and research to help solve technical and business challenges
- Work with modern development tools, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted workflows
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Interest in software development and learning new technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A portfolio, or examples of personal, academic, or professional projects is preferred
