Job Description
About the Role:
Provides support to executives, managers, and other professionals in the organization. Responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to ensure smooth functioning of the company. This is an hourly position with a standard work schedule from 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday. A successful candidate must have the flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and organizational needs. This role provides the opportunity to build organizational and professional skills.
What you’ll do:
Play a key role in supporting Leadership and driving effective Company Operations.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department.
Manage and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence.
Schedule appointments and meetings and keep track of calendars for executives and managers.
Organize and maintain files and documents.
Make travel arrangements for executives and managers, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial tasks.
Provide general administrative support, such as ordering supplies, greeting visitors, and handling other tasks as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, or individuals, to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to company standards.
Assist with event planning coordination.
Assist with special projects and provide general support across teams as needed.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail to ensure documents, reports and other materials are error-free.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Monday.com.
Ability to build positive relationships and maintain a professional presence.
Collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle unexpected situations, and work well under pressure.
Customer service-focused mindset with a professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
Work Environment:
