As a Residential Services Specialist, you serve as the bridge between homeowners experiencing property damage and the restoration services they need. You combine technology, customer engagement, and sales expertise to support recovery efforts while helping customers navigate the reconstruction process with confidence. You are successful in this role by:

• Building Trust & Driving Revenue

  • Meeting with homeowners at disaster-impacted properties

  • Explaining Kustom's restoration and reconstruction services

  • Building rapport and establishing trust with prospective customers

  • Securing signed Authorizations to Proceed

  • Following up with prospects as needed throughout the sales process

• Documenting Property Damage

  • Conducting Matterport scans in accordance with company standards

  • Capturing detailed photos of property damage

  • Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted timely

  • Supporting estimating teams with comprehensive property data

• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

  • Answering customer questions regarding services and next steps

  • Communicating with empathy and professionalism

  • Representing Kustom's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining a positive customer experience throughout each interaction
