Position Title: Environmental Services Manager

Position Summary
All County Environmental & Restoration is seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Services Manager to oversee environmental remediation, restoration, and emergency response operations. This role is responsible for managing field teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality service standards, and fostering strong client relationships. The Environmental Services Manager plays a critical role in coordinating environmental projects, disaster recovery services, water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and related environmental services.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Plan, coordinate, and oversee environmental restoration and remediation projects from initiation through completion.
Manage daily field operations, schedules, equipment, and personnel assignments.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise environmental technicians and project staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Coordinate staffing needs and maintain workforce productivity.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local environmental regulations.
Maintain company safety programs and conduct regular safety meetings.
Oversee proper handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Maintain project documentation, permits, manifests, and compliance records.
Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
Prepare project estimates, proposals, and reports.
Address customer concerns and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth.
Financial & Administrative Management
Monitor project budgets, labor costs, equipment utilization, and profitability.
Review invoices, purchase orders, and project expenditures.
Assist with forecasting, reporting, and operational planning.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Qualifications
Required
Environmental Management, Construction Management, Occupational Safety, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in environmental services, restoration, remediation, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards, and restoration practices.
Experience managing multiple projects and field personnel simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.).
OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification.
Experience working with insurance claims and restoration estimating software such as Xactimate.
Emergency response and disaster recovery experience.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and disaster-affected locations.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Availability for after-hours emergency response and on-call rotations.
