Groundskeeper for Apartment Community in Valley Park, Missouri at Monarch Investment and Management Group

• Keepbreezeways and common areas cleanwith regular leaf blowing and debris removal
• Completedaily trash pickupand maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
• Pick up dog wasteand restock pet waste stations
• Assist withapartment trash-outsas needed
• Trim bushes and keepsidewalks and walkways clear
• Assist the office team withresident notice deliverywhen needed
• On-Call snow removal as needed

• $17$18/hour plusup to $750 quarterly bonuses
• $47.50/month medical insurance for an individual
