Location:This position covers patients in Villages, FL & Leesburg, FL

Your Role as a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner:As a Nurse Practitioner with Mobile Medical, you will provide in-home medical care and evaluations to patients, ensuring they receive the attention and treatment they need to improve their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide in-home patient care.

Examine patients and review medical histories.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and X-rays.

Diagnose health conditions and recommend appropriate treatments for chronic and acute conditions.

Prescribe medications and educate patients and their families on diseases, prevention, and overall health management.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
