This role is designed for a performance-driven creative thinker who understands that great advertising is measured by results, not aesthetics alone. You will lead creative strategy for high-growth eCommerce brands across North America, transforming performance data and customer insights into actionable creative direction. Working closely with media buyers, designers, and clients, you will develop hooks, messaging frameworks, and testing roadmaps that directly impact revenue growth. The role requires a strong direct-response mindset, where every idea is grounded in hypotheses, testing, and conversion principles. You will operate in a fast-paced, experimental environment where clarity, speed, and strategic thinking are essential. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact campaigns, guide client strategy conversations, and continuously refine what drives performance in paid social.
- Own and develop creative strategy across multiple eCommerce clients, ensuring all concepts are rooted in performance data and customer insights.
- Build testing roadmaps based on campaign performance analysis, identifying winning angles and opportunities for iteration.
- Create hooks, messaging frameworks, scripts, and creative briefs that guide production teams toward high-converting outputs.
- Evaluate ad creatives (UGC, video, static, carousel) and provide clear, performance-focused feedback to improve results.
- Collaborate directly with clients through strategy calls, content planning sessions, and creative direction discussions.
- Partner with media buyers and growth teams to iterate campaigns quickly and optimize performance outcomes.
- Translate campaign data into actionable hypotheses and structured testing frameworks.
- Continuously refine internal playbooks and creative strategy systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- 2–3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Paid Social, or eCommerce marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of direct-response advertising principles, including hooks, angles, market sophistication, and conversion-driven messaging.
- Proven ability to turn data insights into structured creative hypotheses and testing strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills across ad copy, scripts, hooks, and creative briefs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
- Confident communicator with experience presenting ideas to both internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, UGC content, or agency environments is a strong advantage.
- Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguous briefs.
- Competitive salary range of USD $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience.
