WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role administers and oversees the enterprise consignment program by managing account maintenance, inventory accountability, par levels, inventory transitions, and compliance with program requirements. This role investigates and resolves inventory, billing, and account discrepancies to support accurate invoicing, revenue recovery, and revenue recognition. This role coordinates consignment audits, monitors compliance, maintains documentation, and administers account controls and escalations. This role conducts root cause analysis of inventory variances, billing exceptions, audit findings, and operational challenges to identify corrective actions and mitigate risk. This role partners with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve complex issues, improve processes, enhance program performance, and support organizational goals.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 3 years customer operations, inventory management, business operations, healthcare administration, finance support, supply chain operations, or a related field

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
