Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients to review their available benefit options
• Learning about each individual’s needs, priorities, and circumstances
• Clearly explaining coverage and answering questions
• Helping clients identify solutions that align with their needs
• Providing continued assistance after the initial appointment
• Maintaining professional and dependable communication
• Building long-term relationships based on trust and quality service

You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. You’ll receive structured training and continued support as you develop your skills and confidence.
