  • Conduct routine community inspections and oversee follow-up on maintenance, compliance, and operational matters.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including obtaining proposals, coordinating contracts, monitoring performance, and assisting Boards with vendor decisions.
  • Partner with accounting staff in the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing financial oversight.
  • Review and approve invoices, monitor expenditures against approved budgets, and ensure appropriate authorization and coding.
  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with Board members, homeowners, residents, vendors, and other community partners.
  • Coordinate architectural review processes and maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and related correspondence.
  • Administer community compliance procedures in accordance with governing documents, established policies, and applicable requirements.
  • Maintain accurate community records and utilize CPVA's technology platforms to promote transparency, efficiency, and responsive service.
  • Identify community needs proactively and work collaboratively with Boards and CPVA's internal support teams to develop practical solutions.
  • Deliver management services in accordance with each association's governing documents, management agreement, and CPVA's professional standards.

Qualifications

  • CMCA and AMS are strongly valued. Candidates who are actively pursuing industry credentials are also encouraged to apply.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and the confidence to work effectively with Boards, homeowners, vendors, and colleagues. Experience with Vantaca or similar community association management software is preferred.
