The position combines hands-on analytics with strategic collaboration and open-ended business problem solving.
You will work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex findings into practical recommendations.
As an individual contributor, you will have significant ownership and influence over how data is used to guide business decisions.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced analyst who wants their work to directly shape sales strategy and performance.
As a Manager, Sales Analytics, you will combine technical analysis, business insight, and stakeholder partnership to improve sales performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards covering KPIs, conversion rates, agent productivity, pipeline health, and other core metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses of sales funnels, agent efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and other strategic business questions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor key performance indicators and flag anomalies, emerging trends, and potential issues before they become significant problems.

- Validate data integrity and ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable, and useful for decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to sales leadership, helping translate open-ended business questions into meaningful analytical approaches and solutions.
