  • Take on additional communications, administrative, and production responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in communications, marketing, content, administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement is strongly preferred, while experience with content management and email distribution platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy across recurring communications and production workflows.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent schedules, approvals, and deadlines in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining responsive, organized, and collaborative in a virtual environment.
Benefits
  • Salary range of $65,698–$77,269.
  • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid leave and time off covering holidays, vacation, personal time, family needs, volunteering, sick leave, jury duty, bereavement, military obligations, and religious observance.
  • Financial benefits supporting retirement planning and health savings.
  • Employee recognition programs.
  • Discounts at participating hotels worldwide.
