Earn $23–$26 / Hour + Company-Paid Benefits + Monthly Bonus Opportunities + 4 On / 4 Off Schedule
Every truck that leaves this plant goes out on your numbers. Detail people wanted.
We're looking for a sharp, dependable Loadout Operator to run the scale house and keep haul trucks moving. You'll track every truck in and out, load to the allotted weight, keep the paperwork clean, and be the last set of eyes on material before it hits the road — all with minimal supervision.
If you're comfortable on a computer, quick with numbers, and take pride in getting the ticket right the first time, this is a great spot to land with a growing mining operation. Bilingual? Even better — you'll be talking to drivers all day.
What You'll Do
- Track every incoming and outgoing truck — PO #, truck #, and ticket — in our loadout system.
- Load haul trucks to the allotted weight, accurately and on the first pass.
- Read scales, run quick math, and catch a bad number before it leaves the yard.
- Enter data with precision and completeness — clean records keep the whole plant moving.
- Clean up overflow and spilled material by hand with a shovel when the job calls for it.
- Communicate clearly with drivers and teammates, adapting to what each load requires.
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations, every shift.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping productivity and safety high.
Benefits & Perks
- Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
- 401(k) with Company Match
- Paid Vacation & Company Holidays
- Monthly Production Bonus Eligibility
- PPE Reimbursement, including approved safety boots and protective equipment
- Career Growth with a Rapidly Expanding Company
Enjoy a built-in work/life balance!
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- 12-hour shifts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Loadout Operator, scale house operator, or similar role.
- Comfortable and confident on a computer — accurate, complete data entry every time.
- Solid basic math skills and the ability to read scales correctly.
- Clear, effective communication with drivers and team members. Bilingual ability is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of occupational safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and safety.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including shoveling spilled or overflow material.
- Comfortable working indoors and sitting for long periods of time.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job in varying operating conditions.
