Housekeeper in Louisville, Kentucky at Tarantino Properties Inc

800 Tower Apartments is currently seeking for a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned.

Essential Functions:

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs/ladders, reach, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Comfortable handling and mixing cleaning chemicals safely.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
