About This Position
SUMMARYThe Castle & Key Hospitality Custodian is expected to exemplify everything the brand represents in terms of overall behavior, quality of execution, good taste, professional image, and discretion. The primary role of the Hospitality Custodian is to clean and maintain the buildings, facilities, and equipment in our Hospitality areas. Castle & Key takes pride in our campus and sees it as a reflection of our brand. The Hospitality Custodian should be thorough and thoughtful when working around our product, equipment and guests. This position will require a high level of flexibility, motivation and organization. The Hospitality Custodian is an integral part of the Hospitality team and will often engage with guests on-site and members of the Castle & Key team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Degree/GED preferred1-5 years of professional work experience as custodian, janitor, or a similar role preferredWorking knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals and how to maintain them Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policiesAbility to follow schedules and keep commitmentsAbility to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a teamAbility to drive a golf cart
Must be able to work normal operating hours 9:30 am - 6:00 pm - Wednesday - Sunday.
