Identify and engage property owners, builders, and developers within the MDU and MTU markets to generate new opportunities.
Establish face-to-face relationships with high-value prospects and present tailored marketing, bulk, and broadband service proposals.
Negotiate and close long-term marketing and bulk agreements, including both new acquisitions and renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
Manage leads, opportunities, and customer data within Zoho CRM, ensuring communications and pipeline information are accurate and up to date.
Maintain a healthy national sales funnel and provide accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and dashboard analysis.
Own P&L forecasting and improvement activities associated with prospective and active deals.
Partner with account management teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and effective handoffs following contract execution.
Monitor spending against established budgets and ensure prospective deals meet operational and financial requirements.
Work closely with business development teams to review pipeline progress, coordinate opportunities, and facilitate successful handoffs.
Attend industry trade shows and other events to generate new business opportunities and strengthen national market awareness.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement products, processes, and strategies that support financial and operational targets.
Obtain appropriate financial approvals for potential deals entering the sales funnel.
Support executive leadership with quarterly board presentations and related sales reporting as needed.
Review Bills of Material and design plans for accuracy and collaborate with engineering teams to align designs with capital investment objectives.
Work independently with internal and external legal resources to negotiate appropriate contractual terms and conditions.
Perform additional sales and business development responsibilities as assigned.
Demonstrated experience in national sales, business development, or a comparable revenue-generating role, preferably within broadband, telecommunications, managed Wi-Fi, property technology, or a related industry.
Experience selling into MDU, MTU, residential, commercial, property management, real estate development, or related markets is highly relevant.
Proven ability to develop new business, build sales pipelines, cultivate senior-level relationships, negotiate contracts, and close complex long-term agreements.
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, financial analysis, and deal-level P&L considerations.
Experience using CRM platforms; familiarity with Zoho CRM is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret pipeline reports, dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and financial information.
Ability to evaluate proposals, Bills of Material, design plans, and other commercial or operational information with attention to detail.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively with legal, engineering, account management, business development, finance, and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities while maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-through.
Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Willingness and ability to attend industry trade shows and conduct face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects when required.
Dedicated home workstation suitable for focused work and on-camera meetings.
