This role is focused on shaping and launching high-impact training and employment programs across Latin America, directly contributing to economic mobility and workforce transformation. You will lead the identification of high-growth sectors and in-demand roles, translating labor market insights into scalable program opportunities. Working closely with employers, internal teams, and regional stakeholders, you will validate demand, design program structures, and ensure alignment with real hiring needs. The position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on execution in multi-country environments. You will also play a key role in building business cases, securing stakeholder alignment, and supporting successful program launches. This is a highly mission-driven role with regional scope and tangible social impact across emerging labor markets.
- Lead labor market research to identify high-demand roles, industry trends, and growth sectors across Latin America.
- Analyze employment data, salary benchmarks, and role feasibility to define viable program opportunities.
- Engage employers to validate hiring demand, role requirements, and workforce needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Translate employer insights into program design inputs, including skills, competencies, and role expectations.
- Develop robust, evidence-based business cases combining market insights, learner needs, and financial sustainability.
- Lead end-to-end program development from concept through launch, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination.
- Support country teams in adapting and operationalizing programs in local markets.
- Define success metrics and monitor early program performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Present recommendations and business cases to senior stakeholders to secure alignment and approval.
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development roles.
- Strong experience developing business cases and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage employers, HR leaders, or industry stakeholders to validate demand and opportunities.
- Experience working across multiple countries in Latin America strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high ownership and autonomy.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with labor market analysis tools and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
- 1-year fixed-term contract with regional scope across Latin America.
