- Provide detailed, high-quality written feedback on application essays and personal statements for students applying to top UK universities.
- Assess essays for clarity, structure, storytelling, originality, and overall effectiveness within competitive admissions contexts.
- Guide students in showcasing their achievements, strengths, academic interests, and unique experiences in a compelling and authentic way.
- Stay informed about current UK university admissions standards, trends, and application expectations to ensure relevant and strategic advice.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive student information and application materials.
- Collaborate within a remote, globally distributed educational environment while adhering to quality standards and review timelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay aligned with evolving methodologies and technologies.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) from a leading UK university.
- Significant experience in UK university admissions, academic advising, essay reviewing, or related educational consulting roles.
- Deep understanding of admissions processes and expectations at highly selective UK institutions.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess essay effectiveness and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
