Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem Opportunities in Norwalk, CT

Compensation
- $125.00 per nursing visit
- $40.00/hour for shift assignments

Qualifications
- Active Connecticut LPN License
- Minimum of 1 year of current LPN experience in an acute care setting
- Home care experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical examination completed within the past year
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON test, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years if applicable
