JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Director of EMS North East Region provides executive leadership for Hudson County EMS operations and Arena Medicine services,

This role oversees ALS/BLS field operations and large-scale special event coverage, including expanded arena responsibilities beginning in 2026,

The Regional Director ensures operational readiness, workforce alignment, deployment efficiency, and scalable infrastructure,

The Senior Regional Director reports to the Vice President, Mobile Health EMS,

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee North East Region ALS/BLS field operations,

Lead Arena Medicine and large-scale special event planning,

Develop scalable staffing models for arena expansion beginning in 2026,

Oversee workforce allocation and event logistics,

Strengthen municipal, venue, and stakeholder partnerships,

Ensure fiscal responsibility and operational readiness,

Education

Minimum

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Safety or related field,

Preferred

Master s Degree in related field,

Work Experience

Minimum

7+ years EMS or healthcare leadership experience (5+ years for AVP Clinical Quality acceptable with system-level oversight),

Preferred

10 15 years progressive leadership experience managing multi-site or regional operations,

Required Certifications / Licensure / Training

Must possess and maintain current NJDOH MICP or MICN certification,

Must possess and maintain current AHA ACLS and PALS certification,

ICS/NIMS certification required,

Must possess and maintain a valid driver s license,
