Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Administrative Director Patient Care Nursing Administration for Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master’s preferred
• Current New Jersey RN Licensure
• BLS required. (American Heart Association)
• Progressive leadership is required

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full Time 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

• The Administrative Director will oversee the clinical, operational, and strategic performance of the department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and patient/family-centered care,
• Administrative Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
• An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ New Brunswick
• Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
• This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
