We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to be the welcoming face of our Joplin location, with the flexibility to hit the road and deliver for our customers when needed.
Most of your time will be spent on the retail floor — helping customers find the right solution, whether it's a car battery, a key fob, or something in between. When the team needs you, you'll step into a delivery role, running routes across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas like a pro.

No experience? No problem. We'll train the right person who's ready to show up, learn, and grow.

What You'll Do
Greet customers and help them find the right battery solutions with confidence and a smile
Test and install batteries — cars, watches, and everything in between
Answer calls, process sales, and handle returns with professionalism
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Deliver products to customers across OK, KS, and AR when the team needs backup
Represent Battery Outfitters at every stop — you are the face of the company on the road

What You'll Need
Valid Class E driver's license and Medical (MED) card required (we'll help you get it)
Positive attitude and genuine desire to help people
Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things right
Comfortable with basic tools — or willing to learn
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
Retail, customer service, or delivery experience is a plus — but not required
