About the Role:

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and operational success of our manufacturing business within the United States. This position is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and client expectations. The manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to expand market presence. They will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Ultimately, this role is essential for enhancing our competitive position and achieving sustainable revenue growth in the manufacturing sector across the U.S. market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business development within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving business growth in the U.S. market.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with U.S. regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. manufacturing industry to expand the company’s client base and market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals, business plans, and progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and sales teams to align project goals with business development strategies.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
