Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent in support of Ways2Well's growth objectives. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for people, a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to finding the right talent for the right role.

This role is hybrid in Austin, TX.

This role is a 1099 contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple departments and levels
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes
  • Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and video screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage the offer process including extending offers, coordinating approvals, and supporting negotiations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates at every stage
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and disposition of all candidates in the applicant tracking system
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
  • Represent Ways2Well at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach efforts as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with EEOC, FCRA, and applicable state and local regulations
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance basics (EEOC, FCRA, Ban-the-Box)

  • Experience within a healthcare, wellness, or fast-growing environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Operates in a professional office or remote work environment
  • Collaborate primarily through virtual platforms including video conferencing, phone, email, and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Requires a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via phone, video conference, and written correspondence
  • Visual acuity sufficient to read and interpret data, reports, and correspondence on a computer screen for extended periods
  • Occasionally required to lift or move items weighing up to 15 pounds
