Monarch is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at our GORGEOUS 364 unit Waterford Pines Apartments in Waterford Township, Michigan.We start at $21.00 an hour plus excellent commission potential up to $100/renewal and up to $100/rental!

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
  • 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
  • Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
  • Yardi experience is preferred
  • Ability to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
  • $21.00 an hour
  • Incredible Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental
