Berkshire Health Systems (BHS) is seeking an experienced Primary Care APP (NP or PA) to join our growing outpatient team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting patients across Berkshire County through virtual visits, care coordination, and chronic disease management.
