You will provide comprehensive on-the-job coaching and follow-up support to ensure sustained employment for up to 52 weeks. The position requires networking with employers, attending events, and maintaining an employer database while staying updated on local labour market trends. Additionally, the Job Coach creates opportunities for clients to access job-related experiences and addresses social and emotional barriers to successful employment, prioritizing health and safety concerns throughout the process.
