This person builds and develops a high-performing team, delivers exceptional guest experiences, drives financial performance, and ensures the campground operates safely and efficiently.
This role is best suited for an experienced campground or outdoor hospitality leader who has successfully managed campground operations, developed on-site teams, and owned business results.

As the on-site leader, you will bring the campground's vision to life through disciplined execution, hospitality-focused leadership, and engaging guest programming, ensuring the property runs smoothly while creating memorable experiences for guests.

The pay range for this role is:68,000 - 72,000 USD per year(Detroit/Ann Arbor)
