What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
• Treat mobility, ADLs, cognition, strength, and function
• Supervise COTAs and collaborate with care teams
• Document care, billing, and discharge planning
• Educate staff and caregivers on restorative programs

What You Bring:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Active OT license in Iowa
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-first mindset
