First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate strong client relationships through phone, email, and structured follow-up systems.
- Manage your CRM effectively, tracking progress toward personal and team goals.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to attend regular coaching sessions and implement feedback for growth.
