Fulfillment Center Floor Manager in Trenton, Illinois at Jim s Formal Wear

Jim’s Formal Wear (JFW) is looking for a Fulfillment Center Floor Manager, what we call a Production Manager, at our Trenton, Illinois location. The Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations on the production floor. This role oversees the Production Coordinators, Team Leaders and Team Members throughout the fulfillment floor. The Production Manager works with the Regional Manager and Production Coordinators to ensure orders are pulled, shipped, inspected, and cleaned properly and timely.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Coach, and Develop production teams

• Manage production schedules and daily operations

• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy

• Implement process improvements and Lean initiatives

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility needs

• Manage operational reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Manager / Leader for 2+ years

• Microsoft office suit knowledge

• Google Workspace

• Well Organized

• Ability to make tough decisions

• Goal-oriented

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Fulfillment center experience is a plus, but not required

• Shipping and receiving experience is a plus, but not required

• Commercial laundry experience is a plus, but not required
