We’re searching for a Burlington-based Senior Associate – Service Desk to join our IT team, so that we can deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technical support across the organization. The Senior Associate – Service Desk will provide first-line support, resolve system issues, and improve service desk operations to enhance user experience and maintain business continuity.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues to restore functionality and maintain a seamless user experience
- Managing onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning in order to ensure secure and compliant user lifecycle processes
- Identifying workflow inefficiencies to improve service desk operations and increase team effectiveness
- Creating knowledge base documentation and training materials in order to reduce repeat issues and empower end users
- Monitoring systems and security controls to maintain performance, mitigate risks, and support a stable IT environment
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or corporate systems environments
- Previous experience with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, as well as on-premises domain administration
- Experience administering and deploying Windows servers and workstations
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Desire to solve challenging technical problems
- Ability to commute to the Burlington, VT office in a hybrid work model
- A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
