Job Description
For over 30 years, Sentinel Offender Services has provided community-based, offender-funded monitoring services across North America. Working with law enforcement, community corrections agencies and the court system, we provide customized offender management solutions that help to reduce recidivism and improve reentry success. These solutions combine electronic monitoring technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing, and community-based offender management programs.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $16.75/hr - $17.00/hr

Definition
As the initial representation of a branch office, directs visitors and incoming calls to their destination and in a pleasant and professional manner. Assures and maintains the professional appearance of the lobby and facility. Provides administrative support to branch office as needed.
Job Expectations + Essential Functions
· Greet all that walk into the Sentinel office.
· Answer telephone calls in a professional demeanor, keeping in mind that Judges, Attorneys, Probation Officers and clients must be greeted with professionalism at all times. Monitor sign in sheet assuring that case managers are aware of a client’s arrival.
· Enter and modify schedules for clients in monitoring database software when required.
· Maintain alarm log. All alarms must be transferred to alarm log and case managers must be informed.
· Collect and post client payments when clients signs in a front window. Assuring that clients leave the office with a receipt. Using the branch closure procedures close out the daily payments which may include money orders and credit card machine payments. The batches are submitted to the manager for review and deposit.
· Prepare case files for client’s first visit with case manager following the branch procedures.
· Preparing first time enrollments. The required documents must be collected from the client and copies must be made for the file. The client is to receive a clipboard with the forms to complete.
· Upon the client completing the program all documents in the case file will be transferred to a folder and archived for storage.
· Maintain front office, office equipment and office supplies.
Education
· Some college preferred, High school diploma required
Other Requirements
· Two years customer service experience
· Must successfully pass criminal background investigation, credit check and drug screening

· Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Ability to learn and use new platforms

· Other technology equipment as needed.
