- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting activities targeting enterprise accounts across North America through cold calling, email outreach, and other engagement channels.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, CISOs, CIOs, and other executive decision-makers, to identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities by effectively communicating value propositions and uncovering customer needs.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team, contributing directly to pipeline development and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support outbound sales strategies and achieve performance objectives.
- Utilize sales enablement tools and automated dialing technology to optimize outreach efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), outbound sales, or similar business development roles.
- Demonstrated success engaging and booking meetings with Director-level, VP-level, and C-suite stakeholders within enterprise or mid-market organizations.
- Strong cold calling expertise with excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand, articulate, and position complex technology solutions to prospective clients.
- Experience selling into enterprise environments and managing outbound prospecting activities at scale.
- Previous exposure to cybersecurity, identity management, SaaS, cloud technologies, IT services, or related technology sectors is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Competitive gross monthly compensation ranging from €2,000 to €2,800, depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus of €170 for every qualified meeting successfully completed with a prospective client.
