Logistics Specialist
Description
A Logistics Specialist (LS) is a mid-level position in freight brokerage. An LS should be able to manage customer relationships, source carriers, build shipments and solve problems. The day-to-day responsibilities are:
- Track and Trace Shipments.
- Enter Shipments into our Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Cover shipments with carriers through a variety of methods.
- Interface and service customers’ needs.
- Solve Problems.
- Other duties as needed.
Job Status: Full-time
Hourly Pay: Based on experience.

Requirements:Position Qualifications
The applicant must:
Be organized, very detail oriented, and a multitasker.
Be fluent on computers (Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic computer functions).
Be able to type.
Exhibit good phone skills for contact with customers and carriers.
Have strong problem-solving skills.
Academic degree is preferable, but not required.
7 years of logistics experience.
