GTM Operating Model & Strategy Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Operating Model & Strategy Lead based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of how a high-growth GTM organization scales, defining the operating model, governance, and strategic planning frameworks that drive alignment and execution across the business. You will act as a key partner to executive leadership, shaping how resources are allocated, how priorities are set, and how cross-functional teams operate together to achieve growth objectives. The position blends strategy, operations, and organizational design, with responsibility for building the systems and rhythms that enable effective decision-making at scale. You will work across HR, Finance, RevOps, and senior GTM stakeholders to translate business goals into structured execution plans. The environment is fast-moving, highly cross-functional, and centered on continuous scaling and transformation.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will design and drive the strategic and operational frameworks that enable the GTM organization to scale efficiently and execute against key priorities.

  • Lead annual GTM planning processes, including investment prioritization, scenario planning, and strategic resource allocation
  • Define and evolve the GTM operating model, including organizational structure, coverage models, and workforce planning strategies
  • Establish governance frameworks, executive cadences, and business review processes to support effective decision-making
  • Partner with senior leaders to clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across GTM and supporting functions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across HR, Finance, RevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure execution of strategic priorities
  • Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend structural and operational improvements to increase efficiency and impact
  • Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support high-stakes strategic decisions
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in strategy, operations, and organizational design, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, RevOps, consulting, or GTM planning roles
  • 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Experience in annual planning, workforce planning, capacity planning, or operating model design
  • Proven ability to influence and advise executive or VP-level stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities
  • Background in management consulting, enterprise SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity environments is a plus
  • Experience supporting organizations with 500+ employees or large-scale transformation initiatives is preferred
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured operating frameworks
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits
  • US base salary starting from approximately $222,500 (plus additional variable compensation components)
  • Equity participation in a high-growth, globally scaling organization
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Opportunities to contribute to strategic, company-wide transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to executive leadership and high-impact decision-making processes
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and operational excellence
  • Career growth in a leading organization operating at the forefront of cloud and AI security.
